There's still time for players to pre-order WoW: Dragonflight for bonuses and be able to experience the new content with a Drakks pet at their side. For another layer of control, the Time Manipulation talent reduces the cooldown of Crowd Control abilities. Similarly, the Mass Slow talent changes the Slow ability so that it affects multiple targets at once as well. Mages will now have Mass Polymorph, allowing them to Polymorph multiple targets at once. Mages in World of Warcraft have traditionally had a fair number of crowd control tools at their disposal, and this number will increase with Dragonflight. Rampant Ferocity is a passive talent that makes Ferocious Bite do partial damage to all nearby enemies that are affected by Rip. WoW: Dragonflight is also giving Feral Druids help with AoE damage output with the Rampant Ferocity talent. The Nature's Vigil talent will help out healers in PvE content, providing extra healing from non-Restoration Druids and extra damage from Restoration Druids that is equal to 20% of the damage or healing done by the Druid depending upon their specialization.įeral Druids have seen some issues with energy regeneration in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands that are being alleviated with new talents, such as Tireless Energy. While Treant Form is generally limited to Restoration Druids, all specializations are able to learn the Boomkin Form talent since it's part of the general class talent tree and not limited to Balance. Having been part of World of Warcraft since Classic, Druids have seen plenty of changes over the years, like adding and removing Treant Form, which was only received from glyphs and didn't give any bonuses to healing for a while. Even without Shockwave, the ability to use Heroic Leap to gather together enemies could prove useful for Warriors, especially those taking the role of tank. In addition, Heroic Leap can be paired with Shockwave, an ability making a return to the Warrior talent tree in WoW: Dragonflight's new expansion content, so that Warriors can stun the enemies that they pull together, giving them a method of crowd control. One Warrior class talent changes Heroic Leap to pull enemies towards the location the Warrior lands. Warriors are receiving more utility in WoW: Dragonflight that will allow them to be a threat to groups of enemies in both PvE and PvP content. Amplifying Poison will increase the damage dealt to a poisoned enemy by 3%, while Atrophic Poison will decrease the damage dealt by a poisoned enemy by 3%, which gives Rogues higher damage or higher survivability. WoW: Dragonflight is making poisons both useful and simple. Since World of Warcraft Classic, Rogues have seen plenty of changes to poisons and how they work, although players no longer have to craft the poisons themselves in order to use them.
